On Monday 18th November Katie was invited to speak at 'Loving Machines?' - an event exploring our future with robots, and the relationships we might form. In addition to giving a talk at Manchester Cathedral, Katie appeared in a series of short films exploring the topic, and answered questions as part of a panel of experts! Many thanks to Dr Scott Midson (University of Manchester and Lincoln Theological Institute) for the invite.

Members of #TeamSoBA have had a very busy and productive spring and summer - from Pint(s) of Science, to #HYDB, to new fNIRS work getting off the ground with some fantastic interns, to programming fun with the impossibly adorable MiRo robot, to celebrating Kohinoor's hand-in of her dissertation (hurrah!) - and let's not forget we've welcomed the latest and greatest PhD student to the Lab, Guy Laban! Check out some of our latest photos to the right!
